Welcome to Alpha Kappa Realty, the governing alumni body of the Alpha Kappa
chapter of Sigma Chi at Hillsdale College. Our purpose is to manage the real
property at 172 Hillsdale Street, provide oversight of the active chapter,
and represent the interests of AK alumni to the school administration.
Over the past few months, we have made significant progress in laying the
foundation for a new capital campaign. Together with our eleven founders and
key alumni throughout past graduation classes, we are close to unveiling a
comprehensive plan for renovating and improving our property at 172 Hillsdale
Street.
Jon Young ('95) has put together a sketch of our proposed annex
for viewing. Also, House Corp. is considering a possible transfer of our chapter
house to Hillsdale College. Please read about the
